Distinguished Professor and Director of SUNY Oneonta’s Cooperstown Graduate Program in Museum Studies.

Dr. Gretchen Sullivan Sorin holds a BA degree from Rutgers University in American Studies, an MA in Museum Studies from the Cooperstown Graduate Program, and a Ph.D. from Albany University in history. Dr. Sorin has more than thirty years of experience as a museum consultant working for more than 250 museums.

Movement is key to a happy, healthy life and we are always looking for ways to stay both physically active and mentally engaged during the workday. Self-care is important, take a break from your hectic day to reset both your mind and your body with a virtual yoga practice. When we slow down, we relax the nervous system, we focus on our breath, and we become stronger mentally and physically. Please note the following criteria to join the class:
  • Requirements: All participants must have a signed waiver form on file prior to participating in the class. Please complete this virtual form. You will be sent the meeting password once the waiver is completed.

The Blue Couch Series - Commenced in early 2020 , an initiative by the Women of Ford (India Chapter) is a series of light hearted live conversation with the leaders of Ford, to get to know them beyond their title.
